1. Acceptance

By using Weellify, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Account Registration

You must be 18+, provide accurate information, and maintain credential security. A unique bank account number is generated on sign-up.

3. KYC Verification

Certain features require identity verification. Without KYC approval: you may receive funds but cannot send funds, create cards, or manage beneficiaries.

4. Banking Services

Each user gets one primary bank account. Transfers require balance verification, KYC approval, and administrative review. Virtual VISA and Mastercard cards can be created with individual balances.

5. Transaction Locks

Certain transactions may require security codes provided by administrators as additional validation steps.

6. Loan Applications

The loan simulator provides estimates only and does not constitute an offer. All applications are subject to admin review.

7. Prohibited Activities

You may not use the platform for illegal purposes, provide false information, access other accounts, or circumvent security measures.

8. Limitation of Liability

Weellify shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed fees paid in the preceding 12 months.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.
